It is going to be available in Russia and other European countries in May and is expected to be released in China market in June.Samsung has just announced the worlds thinnest mobile phone which hold the throne with 6.9mm thick in Korea. The SGH-X820 will be display at the “Sviaz ExpoComm 2006″ in Russia from May 10 to May 13. It features a 80MB internal storage, 2 megapixel camera, built in MP3 player, bluetooth 2.0 and TV-Output.
